The Role
As our Field Operations Manager, you aren't just a supervisor: you are the heartbeat of our field execution. You will lead technicians in the field, coordinate complex jobs, manage materials, and ensure every project meets our rigorous standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that involves being on the ground, directing crews, and working alongside them in the delicate arts of polishing, repairing, and sealing high-end stone surfaces.
What You Bring
Expert Craftsmanship
5+ years in stone restoration or related trades with mastery in polishing and honing.
Proven Leadership
2+ years managing field crews and overseeing job site safety and logistics.
Bilingual Communication
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to lead our diverse teams effectively.
Tech-Savvy & Organized
Ability to manage digital schedules, material inventories, and reporting tools.
