Sales Support / Lead Follow-Up

The Role

In this role, you are the first impression of CATA Stone Care. You will manage inbound inquiries, follow up on leads with relentless professionalism, and coordinate scheduling between clients and our field team. You don't need a background in stone, but you must bring high energy, polished communication, and the drive to close. Our clients are discerning homeowners who expect prompt, thoughtful responses. That's exactly what you'll deliver.

What You Bring

Confident Communication

Clear, professional spoken and written English. Bilingual (EN/ES) is a strong plus.

Experience with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or scheduling software is a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    Answer inbound calls and web inquiries within one business hour.

  • mark_email_read

    Send follow-up emails and texts to warm leads until they convert or decline.

    Book and confirm appointments, coordinating with our field manager on availability.

    Gather client feedback post-service and request Google reviews from satisfied customers.

    Track lead status in our CRM and report weekly conversion metrics to ownership.
